Shana Clark, Owner

My name is Shana Clark, I’m the owner and founder of Desert Healing Vitamins here in Kanab. I’ve been in southern Utah for 6 years raising a beautiful family. After 20 years in emergency medicine, I’ve seen firsthand that true health and healing starts with prevention and a proactive approach to health – long before you end up in the hospital. Inspired by my mother’s battle with cancer and her success with vitamin therapies, I started Desert Healing to make these beneficial treatments accessible to others. My mission is to help our community thrive by providing the tools, care, and education needed to live and enjoy the very best lives we can.

I have been in Kanab for just over three years. I am from Monticello Utah. I love small towns, I loved being raised in a small town and wanted to raise my kids in a small town. I love the community and the people here. I have been an RN since 2010. I became a nurse because I LOVE taking care of people and helping them. I like being a light for people when they are down. I love meeting new people and getting to know new people. I have been married to my best friend for 16 years, we have 3 kids, 1 girl age 11 and 2 boys age 9 and 5. They are my JOY!! I love being with family. We love hunting, fishing, anything outdoors. We love sports too – I help with the highschool cheer.

Gina Romberger

My name is Gina and I’m a registered nurse with a lifelong passion for medicine that began during my childhood on a cattle ranch. Caring for animals planted the seed for my love of helping others, and my path to nursing was deeply inspired by the incredible nurses who supported my mom through multiple open-heart surgeries. Becoming a nurse was my way of honoring that gratitude and creating a brighter future for my three boys. Outside of work, I’m an adventurer at heart—I love camping, mountain biking, hiking, rafting, and climbing. But what I cherish most is making unforgettable memories with my kids, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

My name is Lara and I have been in Kanab for over 10 years now. Life is full with 5 teenaged children between my husband and me. I love trail running with my dog, being outside in the sunshine, trying new recipes, growing things, and finding fun ways to be creative. I’ve always been into health and human potential. I am thrilled to be a part of a team that is equally passionate about helping others live and feel their best. I love working behind the scenes to keep Desert Healing running smoothly and to make sure that Southern Utah knows we’re here!
