I was born and raised in Hawai‘i, where I developed a lifelong love of movement, health, and the outdoors. My husband and I have been married for 20 years and have one child who keeps us busy with dance and volleyball here in Kanab.
My passion for wellness has led me to study nutrition and holistic health for many years. I am currently working toward becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner.
At Desert Healing, my role is to help our clients uncover the root causes of their health concerns with our Epigenetic Hair Follicle Analysis. I’m a strong believer in “test, don’t guess” and the powerful healing that solid data can help facilitate.
