We strive to provide the best experience possible for you in addition to beautiful results. Please take note of our policies so we may best serve you!

CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT
Your privacy is important to us. All medical records and interactions between providers and patients are completely confidential.  You will be provided and asked to sign a confidentiality statement when you establish care with our office.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice.  If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show for your scheduled class or appointment without notification you will be charged $25.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. Please contact us at hello@deserthealing.org with any questions or concerns regarding your products or medications.

PAYMENTS
Payments are due at the time of service.  Any labs, referrals for imaging, certain medications, or testing may be covered by your insurance. It is your responsibility to know what your insurance covers. We do accept payments from HSA or FSA accounts. 

COVID-19 POLICIES
Our policies state that if you are displaying symptoms of an acute illness such as fever, cough, body aches, loss of taste or smell, please notify the office ahead of your visit.  A telehealth appointment may be arranged if deemed appropriate. If displaying any acute illness symptoms, please wear a mask when entering the office.

By entering the premises of Desert Healing Vitamins Med Spa and/or receiving any services or products offered by Desert Healing Vitamins, all clients voluntarily consent to the care, services, procedures, and product administration provided by the licensed professionals on staff. These services may include, but are not limited to, aesthetic treatments, vitamin injections, IV therapy, and wellness consultations.

Clients acknowledge that no guarantees have been made regarding the outcomes or effectiveness of any treatments or products. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose all relevant medical history and conditions prior to receiving services and to follow all pre- and post-care instructions as directed.

By accepting services or products from Desert Healing Vitamins Med Spa, clients agree to release and hold harmless Desert Healing Vitamins, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or actions related to the services or products received.

This consent and waiver shall remain in effect for the duration of care and any future visits.
