This all-levels slow Vinyasa class blends mindful movement with breath, giving you time to explore poses at your own pace. Me & the Kids: Outdoor Yoga

Bring your little ones and share the joy of movement in the fresh air! One adult may bring up to two children for the price of a single enrollment (a third child counts as an additional enrollment). This playful, all-levels yoga class encourages families to breathe, stretch, and connect—while building memories outdoors, even as the weather turns cooler.

The Goldilocks

Standing Movement

In this class students are lead in what are called katas, also known as forms. In Shotokan Karate there are five beginning katas, progressing from the very basic to slightly complicated. As a form of standing meditative exercise, students will learn and repeat the steps for each of the katas.

Qi Gong

In this class, we will focus on developing the mindset of aging well through daily practice of mental flexibility, physical stability, and self-compassion. Qigong movement is one path to integral living.
All you need is the mindset of a ‘learner’ and comfortable loose clothing.
